Features & Benefits

• 🙌 Hands-Free Convenience — The over-the-shoulder sling design keeps your dog securely carried while freeing both your hands for shopping bags, coffee, a leash for a second dog, or whatever the day demands
• 🧸 Padded & Adjustable Straps — Thick, padded shoulder straps distribute your dog’s weight evenly across your shoulder and back, reducing strain even during longer outings
• 💨 Breathable Fabric — Airflow-optimized mesh and breathable materials keep your dog cool and comfortable, even on warm days — no overheating, no discomfort
• 🚪 Easy-Access Entry — The quick-open entry design lets your dog hop in and out without stress — ideal for dogs who are in and out of the carrier throughout the day
• ⚖️ Lightweight Construction — Weighs very little on its own, so your dog’s weight is all you feel — not a bulky, heavy bag that adds unnecessary load
• 🧹 Machine Washable — After muddy paws, shedding fur, and the general chaos of dog ownership, just toss it in the wash — it cleans up easily and holds its shape
• 🎨 2 Classic Colours — Grey ($148.99) and Blue ($150.99) — clean, modern tones that complement any outfit and any breed
• 🐕 Strengthens Your Bond — Proximity carries real benefits: dogs carried close to their owners show reduced anxiety, better behaviour in new environments, and deeper trust

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the maximum weight this carrier can hold?
A: This carrier is designed for small dogs. For the most accurate weight limit, we recommend checking the product specifications or contacting us at support@hotdiggidydog.ca before ordering, as suitability varies by dog size and body type.

Q: Is this suitable for cats or other small pets?
A: While designed for small dogs, many customers also use it for cats and other small pets of a similar size. Comfort and suitability will depend on your pet’s temperament and size.

Q: Will my dog be secure in the carrier? Can they jump out?
A: The carrier is designed with secure entry points to keep your dog safely inside during normal use. For very active or anxious dogs, we recommend keeping a hand on your dog when in busy or unfamiliar environments as an added precaution.

Q: Is the carrier comfortable for long periods of wear?
A: Yes — the padded, adjustable straps are designed to distribute weight evenly and reduce shoulder strain. That said, we recommend taking breaks on longer outings to stretch and let your dog move freely.

Q: Is it truly machine washable?
A: Yes — machine wash on a gentle cold cycle and air dry flat. The materials hold their shape and colour well through regular washing.
