Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What sizes are available and how do I choose the right one?
A: The bathrobe comes in S, M, and L. Measure your dog’s back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, then compare to the size guide above. If between sizes, always choose the larger size for the best fit and coverage.

Q: Is this bathrobe machine washable?
A: Yes — machine wash cold with like colours and tumble dry on low. Do not bleach or iron. Wash before first use to minimise any initial colour transfer.

Q: Can this robe be used as a blanket or furniture protector?
A: Absolutely — when not in use as a bathrobe, it works beautifully as a soft blanket, seat protector, or cushion cover for sofas, beds, car seats, and floors.

Q: Will the colour run or fade?
A: Minor colour loss during the first one or two washes is normal and will reduce with subsequent washes. We recommend soaking in baking soda or edible salt before the first wash to set the colour.
